DescriptionThe Capability Lead will act as a strong voice to influence the strategy, funding, resourcing, design and eventual deployment of multiple innovative products within Nike Stores. The Capability Lead will focus on cutting edge products that drive unique consumer experiences in our most important Nike Stores across all Key Cities. These experiences are to promote Nike product and services as well as drive store traffic, membership, and revenue. This leader will oversee the design and implementation of a Retail platform for both global and local benefit. This role reports to the Retail Capability Director.

You excel at driving toward challenging goals and timelines and delivering above and beyond expectations. You can create and communicate creative ideas that shape the actual consumer experience in our stores. You have some experience with solution design, cloud technology, and product lifecycles. Experience with aligning product, engineering, and operations is critical. You have experience building momentum and aligning multiple constituencies within large organizations.
Finally, you have credibility across your peers to drive your vision and roadmap to achieve great results. You are capable of defining a vision, marshaling resources, executing on an initiative and presenting the results to Senior Leadership.Responsibilities
Define and prioritize product capabilities across a prioritized backlog
Identify and activate opportunities to drive common functionalities into a multi-use / re-use technical platform
Partner with Digital Product and Engineering counterparts to drive truly cross-channel experiences
Create and manage a clearly defined roadmap pulling expertise and resource across a wide range of teams
Support and drive results across all Geos, including Nike Stores Partnered

Qualifications
4+ years’ experience leading and managing an end-to-end products and programs within a large global organization
Deep experience in Agile environments
Commerce or Retail experience preferred
Comfortable with data, solution architecture, and building for quality
Experience working in a multi-discipline team with matrixed reporting structures
Passion for identifying emerging technologies and leading innovation
Ability to partner with non-technical leaders to articulate how their strategy can be delivered
Background and skillset to manage complex initiatives from start to finish
Strong interpersonal, consensus-building skills, with ability to communicate and achieve results across multiple audiences
