DescriptionAs the Senior Director of Product Management, Growth you will be at the heart of the Nike Direct digital business and will help the global digital team make decisions that will drive performance, directly leading to the accomplishment of annual goals. Reporting to the Vice President, Nike.com Product Management and Experience, you will lead a team of product managers focused on paid and organic growth strategies for our commerce and community site experiences and mobile apps. You will identify opportunities to accelerate user acquisition, grow engagement, and increase purchase frequency. You will provide subject matter expertise to our global business units, partner with our paid media teams, and collaborate with our marketing content creators to identify key growth opportunities and develop the strategies and tactics to capture the value of these opportunities. You’ll be an expert in understanding digital marketing channels and how to best leverage them for growth – from email to affiliates to search engines to app store optimization. You’ll have a passion for brand right data driven decisions AND consumer experience. You’ll be a service oriented leader who wants to teach others how to develop growth models as much as you like digging and executing them yourself.This position requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual with strong technical and analytical skills, high detail-orientation and excellent written and verbal communication.  Candidates with growth marketing and/or growth focused product management in a retail environment preferred. The right individual will be on top of digital retail and marketing trends and understand the opportunities that Nike Digital can drive for the Nike brand.What you’ll do:· Lead, mentor and build the Product Management Growth team, working together to create a world-class acquisition and retention capabilities within Nike· Lead our internal team and external agencies to deliver the best performance across digital channels (app stores, search, social, display, affiliates, email and notifications) · Build and execute a cross-platform customer acquisition and retention strategy that leverages the best of each of Nike’s digital experience and a performance driven plan with ROI goals, virality, referrals, and SEO· Be a key partner across all growth marketing-related analytics efforts. Have a perspective, and define and implement a growth roadmap to optimize our conversion funnels and engagement· Collaborate with our global and local marketing teams on effective landing page strategy, development, and optimization· Own the SEO platform strategy and execution to make sure our digital experiences drive organic pageviews, traffic, and sales· Set growth and performance benchmarks, and establish analytics and dashboards for key performance criteria, maintaining key performance metric reports that track the efficacy of different variables and efforts· Identify and actively investigate high-potential channels to test and incorporate into the broad acquisition plan, and make recommendations for acquisition involving segmented, tailored outcomes based on primary research findings and customer data· Own and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies· Collaborate with internal teams at Nike including Brand Marketing, Brand Design, and Social Media, as well as with Finance, Tech, Data Science, Digital Experience/PM, E-commerce and Consumer InsightsWho you are:· A strategic thinker who can assess the many available channels to reach potential customers and use influence across the organization to prioritize the right ones for the company· Armed with amazing leadership skills and the ability to build, motivate, and influence· Equipped with equally strong analytical skills, i.e. a robust understanding of data and how to use it in creative ways to drive and measure results· An organized “doer” with exceptional multitasking skills—someone who will take initiative to make things happen· Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment· Earnest, humble, honest and focused on what’s best for the greater good· An excellent communicator and empathetic team player who’s comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization, as well as with outside vendorsQualifications· A B.A. or B.S. in marketing, economics, applied statistics or another quantitative field is required (M.A. or M.B.A. preferred!)· 10+ years of experience in progressive acquisition marketing and/or product management roles· Experience managing multi-million-dollar direct-response marketing budgets across all platforms and all device types· Recent experience with hands-on development and optimization of large-scale online acquisition campaigns (not agency managed)· Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations· Proven experience developing and scaling new digital programs, as well as monitoring and refining existing programs to meet the company’s objectives, strategies, and forecasts· Experience leading teams of designers and engineers in the development of digital consumer experiences· Demonstrable expertise in search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media, and digital advertising· The ability to establish credibility through vision, thought leadership, technical expertise and implementationExperience working in a global business environment preferred NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
