Working with our organization will be rewarding, challenging, and most definitely not be just another job.Scope and Responsibilities:As an Active Directory Engineer Expert, you’ll work with as part of a global team and with a variety of talented Nike teammates serving as a driving force in Active Directory Design and establishing standards. You will serve in the role of technical subject matter expert, refining existing functional requirements for Active Directory and Group Policy.•Strong working knowledge of Windows 2016/2012r2/2008R2 operating systems. Expert working knowledge of Active Directory in a global enterprise environment.•Strong skills/competencies and knowledge of Group Policy Objects.•Strong working knowledge and experience supporting Active Directory infrastructure in a corporate environment and proven experience integrating with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google).•Interface with external subject matter experts and industry leaders to evolve our core Active Directory foundations.•Interface with internal Security Governance to ensure adherence to Company’s security policies and procedures.•Experience providing 3rd level support of large, mixed (on-prem and cloud) Active Directory environments.•Produce enterprise-level designs for key global initiatives and following those through to implementation through collaboration with project, engineering and support teams.•Must have proven leadership skills successfully heading complex projects through all phases of design and implementation.•Must be able to work in a team environment with a “can do” attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges. •Must have demonstrable abilities to train and mentor team members.•Must have skills to provide consulting on Active Directory topics and designs with team members and other peer teams.•Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible.•Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including proven experience effectively communicating technical ideas, challenges and solutions to peers, customers and clients.•Active Directory Migration using ADMT or QMM.Qualifications•10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Active Directory technologies.•Must show a progressive advancement in responsibility including deep troubleshooting technical skills.•Active Directory Design.•Expert knowledge of AD, ADLDS, LDAP, ADFS, PKI in Windows Server 2008r2, Windows Server 2012, 2012r2, 2016•Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP and WINS in large, complex environments.•Knowledge of Active Roles or similar AD Management Toolsets.•Must have deep and thorough understanding of monitoring best practices within the Directory Services technology space.•Experience in prevailing industry architecture and engineering methodologies - MSF and ITIL preferred. Must have an understanding of how to identify and deploy industry best practices.•Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals; Windows; Clustering ; Physical Server architecture; Virtualization Technologies (e.g. VMware, HyperV) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies.•Expert knowledge of Kerberos and NTLM authentication.•Expert knowledge in administering Active Directory, Group Policy and Active Roles.•Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users.•Develops, documents, and enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure system integrity.•Extensive scripting capabilities; Powershell, C, ASP.net, vbscript, SQL, etc.•Knowledge of Identity Management toolsets.
