DescriptionAs our Technical Developer II for GFA Licensed, you will be responsible for developing Asset specific product to commercialization and production for assigned styles. In this role you will lead on time development and delivery according to critical dates, product specification, sustainability, performance, and profitability goals. You will collaborate with Design, Product Management, the Product Creation Centers (PCC), Materials, Trims, Color, PI, and Manufacturing, to effectively execute on product development & commercialization deliverables.You will create and revise tech packs for assigned styles and ensure all appropriate development documentation is maintained including product specs and sample comments. As our Technical Developer you will own a range of products for your assigned assets, including print and graphic executions. You will facilitate and track sampling; identify and mitigate key issues and challenges from concept through development; build and maintain relationship with chassis team to track style details, fit, construction, and overall chassis status.QualificationsBachelor's degree in apparel design, pattern making, textile science or related field
Two years additional product creation experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
2+ years technical development experience in the apparel industry, which includes the apparel development process from inception through production (pattern making, grading, construction, materials, costing, manufacturing and quality)
Knowledge of graphic applications including but not limited to sublimation printing, screen printing, embroidery, heat transfers, and woven patches
Strong problem solving, organizational, calendar, process, and communication skills
Range of soft skills including but not limited to influencing and decision making, proactive/works on own initiative, and comfortable with change and ambiguity
Experience interpreting design intent, offering alternative solutions, and acting as a technical resource
Experience working with factory vendors to ensure and improve manufacturability
Ability to manage multiple projects
Experience using Adobe Illustrator and MS Office programs
PCX and 3D/Digital (Browzwear) experience highly desired 
Previous licensed experience would be highly desired
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (domestic and international)
