DescriptionAs a Director Global Category Digital Business Lead, you’ll join a new team to build, integrate, and accelerate digital business for Nike’s global category offense.   A Digital Business Lead will be deployed against each Category.  In this role, you will run an integrated digital offense in partnership with category digital experts across Brand, Merchandising, DTC and Digital Product—coming together to drive a shared digital agenda, aligned business outcomes, and elevated ability to read and react in the marketplace.
Responsibilities include:
Create and drive Digital business strategy in conjunction with Category leadership
Drive Category-specific Digital business outcomes through coordination with key cross-functional partners as virtual team
Set & deliver Digital business targets for the Category, in alignment with the shared goals/KPIs of the Nike’s Integrated Digital strategy
Quarterback go-to-market plans in conjunction with virtual team (product launch plans, campaigns, etc); drives key business  milestones within existing corporate processes (Corporate Strategic Review, Annual Operating Plans, Quarterly Business Reviews)
Lead weekly Global Integrated Digital meetings with virtual team to read/react to marketplace as needed, and prepare for upcoming digital/physical products going to market
Liaise with Category Digital Product Lead (where appropriate) to align & integrate Digital product strategy with Digital business goals
Serve as Digital business expert on Category leadership teams—communicating Digital business results, trends, opportunities, and building Digital fluency
Ensure development and handoff of Global strategies and tools for multi-Geo adoption or adaptation (where required)
 Builds and executes Digital business plans around key retail moments (Category-specific or Cross-Category)
Identifies and helps to drive Cross-Category opportunities where/when applicable QualificationsRequirements for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of directly relevant experience in the following functions: digital commerce, merchandising, brand marketing, strategy, digital products & experiences, and/or general management
Experience with digital or physical retail, and/or digital platforms is preferred
Proven competency with consumer orientation and marketplace management
Strong ability to entrepreneurially develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers to drive results, preferably in a matrixed environment
Proven ability to set and execute groundbreaking strategies endorsed by senior leadership teams
