In the role of Audience Segmentation Operations Manager, you are responsible for the following: Coordinate Intakes· Serve as intake point of contact for audienceso Ad hoc app requests and membership initiativeso Paid Mediao Custom Email· Prioritize various audience requests, enforce SLAs and escalation paths· Summarize and deliver daily prioritization to Onshore/Offshore resources· Report team capacity, estimate upcoming capacity needsUnderstand and enforce Audience Targeting best practices· Enforce privacy best practices with stakeholders· Coordinate when questions or concerns arise· Ensure documentation is up to date· Identify when new segments or audience templates need to be createdAwareness of strategic initiatives in GCK and with partners· Aware of and supports OKRS as they relate to Audience Targeting· Partners in identifying requirements for CDE· Aware of roadmap and priorities· Aware of personalization, triggers, segmentation engineering effortsAttend weekly meetings & syncs


Qualifications• Experience in Project or Operations Management in a digital or data driven environment. • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally to figure out how to prioritize multiple, simultaneous asks of the business and identify opportunities to accelerate future growth.• An understanding the current digital product landscape is a plusWe're interested in learning more about you and appreciate you taking the time to apply online.
