DescriptionAs the North America Digital Commerce Operations and Business Development Project Manager, you will help drive strategic projects for the NA Nike Direct Digital business. You will identify, develop and execute new business and operational models to better serve consumers, drive revenue and profitability and support scalable growth for the NA Digital Commerce business. You will help lead transformational initiatives in collaboration with categories, territories and functions across North America and Global teams. This is a fast paced & high visibility position where you will depend on strong collaboration across numerous teams at Nike.
In this role, you will:Identify, develop and execute new business and operational models to better serve consumers and drive revenue, profitability and scalable growth for the NA Nike Direct Commerce business (Examples include Nike.com, Nike App and connected retail)
Create & pitch executive readouts for project statuses, business updates & new business opportunities
Lead project management efforts, including scope, schedule, budget, deliverable risk/issue management and status reporting.
Collaborate and gain alignment across teams & functions to drive initiatives forward
Create business cases for new opportunities, aligned with all project stakeholders and benefactors.
Study industry & consumer trends, and understand the latest technologies in digital, retail and ecommerce to help keep Nike ahead of the curve.

QualificationsRequirements for the position include:BA/BS degree
5-10 years of work experience in digital/retail
Deep knowledge of the digital/retail industry
Work fast and prioritize on the fly
Experience managing large scale programs and projects, and working across multiple teams
A proven track record cultivating partnerships to drive new business opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations on complex business issues is required
Previous experience with managing budgets and having a proven record of demonstrating strong return on investment
Exceptionally strong analytical skills & comfort with getting your “hands dirty” diving deep into the numbers. Proven capability to use data to drive business decisions.
Strong Keynote / PowerPoint skills to create informative & inspiring presentations
PMP or similar project management certification is desirable, but not required.
