DescriptionAs our Talent Acquisition – University Relations Collegiate Recruiter, you'll support NIKE, Inc.'s university recruitment and internship program to establish NIKE as the employer of choice for top, diverse talent on college campuses. The Collegiate Recruiter’s goal is to source and hire top, diverse university talent for Interns and Full-Time roles and maintain a strategic university talent pipeline for NIKE.You'll execute on the strategic vision of the Internship Program set in collaboration with the University Relations Manager. A key component of your role will include traveling to serve as the NIKE recruitment representative for campus recruiting events. This will include delivering presentations to mid-to-large size audiences, interviewing and assessing university talent, supporting unique classroom/student organization opportunities such as NIKE guest speaker engagements and case studies. You’ll serve as an advocate for university talent internally at NIKE. You'll maintain updated knowledge of changes in collegiate programs and curriculums to better assist in candidate sourcing to meet business needs. You'll build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business partners, and may assist in managing relationships with select organizational partners to enhance diverse college recruiting. You'll manage data, requisitions and reporting related to Collegiate Recruitment in our internal systems. In addition, you'll maintain knowledge of NIKE's business and Brand initiatives to promote internal and external awareness. QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience; managing requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and conducting compensation review (preferably collegiate recruiting - Undergraduates and MBA/Graduates), primarily for technical roles.
1+ years of experience within an applicant tracking system (ATS) or candidate relationship management (CRM) tool
Proven ability to build relationships within human resources (HR), hiring managers, and cross-functional business partners
Ability and desire to travel up to 75% during peak recruiting season
Ability to deliver presentations to all levels of management, students, and academic leaders
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment to meet business objectives
Ability to be flexible, adaptable and collaborative within a team
Strong organizational skills
Preferred:Experience communicating a corporate brand for the purposes of establishing and developing relationships with universities
2+ years experience supporting an internship program
Experience in collegiate recruiting (Undergraduates and MBA/Graduates)
Experience in developing communication materials for campus recruitment efforts
