DescriptionAs the Americas Benefits Operations Manager – Savings Plans you will initiate, drive, and manage a diverse portfolio of Savings Programs and projects for the US and other countries in the Americas Region. Responsibilities:Manage, develop and coach regional Benefits Savings team
Develop and execute resource planning and contribute to functional strategic planning
Manage complex policy exceptions and service issue escalations
Drive stakeholder and vendor management within the region
Identify trends and bring insights to the Benefits COE to inform policy and program design
Lead the implementation of Savings Plan policies, tools, programs and processes in the region
Partner with COEs to address risk and compliance issues and develop solutions 
Lead efficient and compliant savings plan operations
QualificationsBachelor or master’s degree in business, HR or related field
5-7 years’ experience in people management 
Team player with strong leadership skills. Solution driven and positive approach.
Deep experience with regulations and managing operations of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans 
Ability to lead project teams from the design through implementation 
Critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills 
Ability to independently manage outside vendors in a cost effective and assertive manner
Strong ability to partner, Influence key stakeholders and drive cross functional team accountability
