At Nike, it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.In this critical and highly visible role you will lead, develop, drive engagement and inspire the best possible performance in teams distributed our Asia Pacific and Latin America (APLA) Geography, focused on our Nike Direct Digital Commerce and NikeStores businesses.This position is responsible for delivering profitable and sustainable growth, by developing and executing financial planning and forecasting processes to project, manage and measure demand / supply.As part of this team, you are a critical thought partner to our Nike Direct leaders – wrangling complex business issues with innovative solutions; delivering insightful consumer, and product analyses; and developing action plans that galvanize our teams. Your contributions and partnerships will inform and support key business decisions on product depth, product lifestyle management, and assortment frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Drive retail planning functional excellence, with a focus on digital specific KPIs and strategies as part of our planning processes to deliver product revenue, margin and inventory goals.
Develop and drive short- and long-term product plans influencing and informing strategic, quarterly and annual financial business review cycles as well as short- to long-term supply plans. 
Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis that unlocks business insights across digital and brick-and-mortar locations, inclusive of new digital apps, new digital-platform partnerships, and new store concepts.
Partner with Merchandising function to inform and influence depth, breadth and flow of seasonal product assortments.
Collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders to deliver an actionable perspective on total marketplace risk and opportunities and engage these cross functional partners to deliver support for and execution against the plans.
Partner and lead a remote-located team, operating across multiple time zones and regions.
Qualifications4-year/university Degree (e.g. Bachelor's) in Business or related field
8 years' retail relevant experience in merchandise/business/demand/supply planning; experience working in a vertical retailer preferred 
Expert knowledge of Retail, Sales, Business Development, and Financial Analysis 
Ability to understand retail KPI’s, consumer metrics/persona’s, and formulate strategy/execution to drive toward revenue, margin, and inventory targets
Intellectual curiosity, able to think creatively and offer fresh ideas 
Strong influencing skills and ability to champion complex projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization
Strong cross-team calibration; Inspire high levels of engagement, trust and collaboration across diverse group of stakeholders
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives; comfortable presenting to high-level leadership
Ability to excel in highly matrixed organization; ability to effectively balance needs of multiple stakeholders, self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environment
Experience with project management, ability to manage large cross-functional projects with well-defined deadlines
Ability to build strong relationships with geography and territory counterparts – understanding and addressing their needs, as well as influencing their processes
