Nike’s HR Systems & Support team drives system optimization and solutioning  for Employees, Managers, and Nike HR while delivering a premium employee experience.  Our teams innovate the solutions needed to support Nike's rapidly evolving landscape.  We are looking for a dynamic  HR Platform Administrator to support an expanding HR Information Systems landscape.  The HR Platform Administrator will perform day to day support and maintenance in partnership with colleagues across HR.

Candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day queue management, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the HR Platforms Queue with the following responsibilities:
Triage and manage Nike’s HR Platform Queue with a team of other HR Platform Admins
First point of contact supporting  HR application issues in support of Nike Candidates, Employees, Managers, and HR professionals
Provide HR system expertise, troubleshooting, oversight and operational support
Collaborate with Nike Business and Nike Technology partners, internal operational support teams, and external vendor partners in the research, troubleshooting, and enhancement 
Participate in HR application Release Upgrades and Testing
Configure and test ad hoc enhancements and break fixes
Perform routine audits to ensure system data is accurate
Maintain process, procedure, and system configuration documentation
Ensure systems and related procedures adhere to standards, methodologies and policies, enabling the productivity and effectiveness of employees, clients and vendor partners
Assist in and lead troubleshooting and diagnosis for system failures
Recommend and implement fixes/improvements to prevent recurrence
Provide oversight, technical direction, and expertise to members of projects and support teams
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience

2+ years’ experience with system application administration for a software-as-a-service environment
Customer/end user-first mentality
Confident taking the lead during troubleshooting or recovery scenarios
Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail, urgency, focus and discipline
Ability to work occasional rotation schedule for evening or weekend releases
Curious thinker with initiative to find solutions
Seek clarity when needed and escalate appropriately
Experience with analytics & reviewing data
Ability to effectively prioritize work
Experience in a Customer Service environment
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Degree focus in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
System administration experience with ADP eTime, Kronos, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, RightNow Case Management or ServiceNow
SAP HR HCM Functional Knowledge
Knowledge of cross-functional HR business processes
Experience with case management tools
