As the Talent Development + Culture Manager of Interns, Mentoring and Rotational Programming, you will be responsible for designing and delivering meaningful experiences for employees seeking specialized opportunities to start, explore and advance their careers.In this role, you will collaborate with partners, stakeholders and consumers (employees) to design, implement, manage and measure three distinct but connected employee programs:College Internship: Takeover and enhance an existing annual program that provides undergraduate and graduate students with a 12-week internship with teams across NIKE WHQ
Mentorship: Continue work-in-progress to accelerate development of diverse NIKE talent via a scalable and sustainable Mentor Program pilot through our Employee Networks (also known as Diversity Networks or Employee Resource Groups)
Rotational Employment: Takeover a newly implemented program that provides a 1.5 year rotational program for newly converted HR Intern talent to gain a better understanding into the HR function
This work will require you to simultaneously manage and design programs at various stages of maturity, while identifying and addressing opportunities for alignment across the three programs to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness.  You will work closely with the Director of Employee Engagement and other leaders and experts across Talent Development and Culture, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and more to ensure your programs are aligned with Nike’s overall Talent and Culture goals strategic priorities. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience or PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 7 yrs; High School + 8 yrs
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (written and in-person)
Healthy sense of humor and adventure
Subject matter expertise in:Multi-platform instructional design
Adult learning theory
Career Development practices
Learner-centered design methodology, like design thinking
One or a combination of internship, mentorship and/or rotational programming
Demonstrated success in/with:End-to-end design, implementation and support of enterprise-wide employee programs
Updating and enhancing existing programs with measurable, positive results
Understanding and serving the unique needs of diverse consumer groups
Quickly building collaborative partnerships with others
Managing multiple, sometimes overlapping, workstreams, deliverables and timelines
Completing a vendor selection process
Working with external vendors
Able and willing to:Work both independently and with a team

Give feedback to improve performance of others and project results
