As the Talent Development + Culture Manager of Maxims, Onboarding and On Demand Learning, you will be responsible for designing and delivering meaningful experiences for employees at NIKE, Inc.In this role, you will collaborate with partners, stakeholders and consumers (employees) to design, implement, manage and measure three distinct but connected employee experiences:Onboarding: Lead, maintain and enhance an existing program (RunningSTART) that provides all new employees, globally, with a consistent first day experience. In addition, partner with the manager development team to ensure consistency in Manager Onboarding.
Maxims: Continue work-in-progress to embed our reimagined Maxims, encompassing JDI nominations and JDI Winners Experience. Partner with Comms to ensure smooth integration into Maxim Awards Ceremony.
On Demand Learning: Lead, maintain and enhance the existing partnerships with external vendors who provide key learning tools and experiences to all employees, for example: LinkedIn learning and English Language vendor.
This work will require you to simultaneously manage and design programs at various stages of maturity, while identifying and addressing opportunities for alignment across the all TD+C programs to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with the Director of Manager and Employee Development and other leaders and experts across Talent Development and Culture, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and more to ensure your programs are aligned with Nike’s overall Talent and Culture goals strategic priorities. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience or PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 7 yrs; High School + 8 yrs
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (written and in-person)
Healthy sense of humor and adventure
Subject matter expertise in:Multi-platform instructional design

Demonstrated success in/with:End-to-end design, implementation and support of enterprise-wide employee programs
