DescriptionAs the Business Operations Lead within the Enterprise Data and Analytics organization you will be a key member of a growing and passionate team focused on maturing enterprise data management capabilities across Nike. The newest member of our team will be passionate about working through the details to ensure our organization operates effectively; the initiative, and follow-through, necessary to handle projects from end-to-end; and can build strong relationships across the extended leadership team.We are looking for a candidate who has a solid understanding of business operations, with the ability to identify, and execute, opportunities for process efficiency to improve the organizational capabilities. A person who has an attention to detail, solid communication skills, and quick problem-solving abilities are a must. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSCommunicationsSupport overall development of brand strategy for the Enterprise Data & Analytics organization
Coordinate/oversee major organizational meetings (e.g. All-Hands) including agenda, logistics, & run of show 
Deliver weekly and monthly communications 
Maintain communication tools, including user administration and distribution list management
Highly skilled in both verbal and visual high-profile communication 
Planning/ReportingAnalyze current operational states and drive continual improvements to business operations across the organization 
Develop improvement around organizational health and performance drivers including culture, sentiment, trends 
Provide ad hoc support to planning and reporting efforts (e.g. Corporate Strategic Review, Quarterly Business Review, etc.) 
Develop and manage processes for achieving key dates and deliverables, such as Corporate Strategic Review, Quarterly Business Review, and Resource the Plan.
Work with teams to minimize variance between financial forecast and actual spend
Organization Define and operate the onboard/offboard process for all incoming and departing team members, including orientation and training sessions
Track and report metrics to drive operational transparency and adoption of Business Operations programs
Coordinate space planning efforts and align teams to support 
Assist in the organizational talent development transformation, with focus on:
Strengthening the organization’s relationship with cross-functional organizations
Headcount projections and planning collaboration with teams and talent acquisition
QualificationsTo make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who has these experiences and clearly demonstrates the following skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or project management/coordination role, communication planning, or related experience
Demonstrated leadership ability, including the ability to influence and motivate others in a cross- functional team 
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build key relationships with a wide spectrum of stakeholders, ranging from senior leadership to entry-level professionals 
Ability to establish an independent view, while effectively collaborating with peers in a team environment 
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to drive recommendations
Willingness to adapt and thrive in ambiguous environments 
Demonstrated problem-solving and creative thinking 
Strong initiative and independence, needing limited oversight and ability to self-manage assigned projects 
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Mac skills also highly preferred
