DescriptionAs the Director of ERP Controls Transformation your responsibilities will include the following:
Develop the strategy for internal controls within SAP S/4 HANA Central Finance and FMS implementation program, based on industry leading practices;
Define functional capabilities relative to internal controls enabled by new ERP and best of breed solutions;
Set the tone, engaging with leadership across the organization to embed governance and internal controls within the new operational business processes;
Create and operationalize the roadmap for design, review, test, implementation and cut-over of new internal controls; and
Effectively partner within and outside of the Finance function to build a virtual team tasked with implementation of the internal controls strategy.
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s Degree preferred);
10+ years of business experience, including a combination of Big 4 public accounting or consulting and experience in a Fortune 500 company environment with multinational operations;
CPA required (CISA preferred);
ERP implementation experience (SAP S/4 HANA or FMS preferred);
In-depth understanding of SOX requirements, COSO internal controls framework, and experience in designing and building a robust ICFR program;
Ability to work independently, with limited direction and guidance, and provide appropriate direction to other team members; and
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the leadership skills needed to obtain management support for constructive change.
