Description•Manage vendor information for NIKE source base through onboarding, maintenance and divest stages•Perform data entry for vendor and packaging + labeling information into NIKE source systems (e.g. Aravo, SAP, NikeConnect)•Ensure data accuracy through ongoing validation activities•Act as gatekeeper for vendor data to enforce adherence to NIKE policies•Liaison with NIKE liaison offices and factory partners on vendor and packaging + labeling issue resolution•Identify and drive continuous process improvement in partnership with GSM, other NIKE teams + NIKE source base•Project support for key initiatives including requirements identification, testing, transition, implementation and stabilization•Support Corporate Audit review of vendor information•Reporting + data analysis to support standard and ad-hoc business information needs for decision makingCompetencies:•Problem solving•E2E thinking•Attention to detail•Multi-tasking – agile, able to move easily between tasks and activities and prioritize•Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with leadership•Process improvement mindsetQualificationsQualifications:•Bachelor’s Degree•3 - 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Planning.•Microsoft Office experience•Other nice to have systems experience include: Cognos, SAP, and Tableau NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
