DescriptionAs an Outbound Logistics Supplier Relationship Manager, you will be part of the global logistics team that will lead implementation of SRM initiatives and projects. You will develop, deploy and manage operational performance / compliance standards as well as drive continuity across the global logistics transportation supplier portfolio in partnership with NIKE geographies.In this role you will:Utilize your supply chain, supplier relationship management expertise to deploy logistics SRM initiatives with internal/external supply chain leaders
Need strong team management and influencing skills in order to lead the coordination and deployment of Nike Inc.’s operational compliance and supplier performance excellence initiative
Need experience on logistics processes and landscape of transportation providers (LTL, FTL, Parcel) in different geographies to influence and develop suppliers to deliver Nike capabilities needs across international transportation needs
Need to collaborate with global and geography teams to ensure the highest level and consistency of performance, HSE practices and technology is maintained across Nike Inc.’s suppliers, and actively seek their input and perspective when making improvements to existing tools/processes, solving problems and making decisions
Will utilize Lean, Outbound Transportation processes and procedures experience to identify collaboration areas with Nike Logistics Suppliers 
Be expected to navigate the Nike “Matrix” of internal stakeholders and collaboratively make fact-based Health and Safety decisions informed by collective expertise, strategic business priorities, stakeholder input, and most importantly data driven metrics
Facilitate meetings with suppliers and internal NIKE stakeholders (eg. project, performance, compliance updates and reviews)
Develop, Implement, Manage and measure related performance and supplier Performance Indicators
Develop and execute project plans leveraging project management tools/methods
Build and manage transition to ensure business change readiness with stakeholders (eg. roles/responsibilities, processes, tools, systems)
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or other related area, or equivalent experience
5 yrs experience managing outbound suppliers: UPS, Fedex, etc. (service levels, pricing, supplier relationship development, supplier performance and compliance management)
Minimum 5 years practical compliance experience leading, influencing, and executing HSE, Technological and Operational Nike Strategies 
Experience in Lean and Transportation
Experience in transformational leadership concepts, project management, change management, and theory of change in a matrixed organization
Experience with transactional leadership concepts, defining KPI’s, analyzing problems, and solving problems.
Ability to maintain flexible attitude and approach towards assignments and successfully operate under ambiguous guidelines
Experience in leading cross-cultural, cross-functional and virtual teams (including functionally diverse work)
Effective written and verbal communication skills (including ability to define problems and lead teams in solving them)
High level of proficiency in using desktop tools for communication and analysis, including MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Travel: 5% of time
