DescriptionAs our Quality Excellence Engineer II, you will provide daily support on the manufacturing plant floor with any Quality-related issues of Nike Air Products. You will work with cross functional teams to support validation and qualification of production equipment by ensuring Quality lab and inline tests are completed and analyzed. You will apply knowledge of Quality systems and data analysis, including DOE’s, to drive business decisions and process improvements. You will support the metrology requirements, Quality documentation, and any new product development projects for your platform. In addition, you will lead investigations of defects and other reported problems within your platform to determine the root cause and material impacted, then work with cross functional teams to implement corrective action as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field plus at least two years of relevant manufacturing experience
8 additional years of related work experience in lieu of a degree
Demonstrated application of problem solving, quality planning and quality systems is a plus
Ability to visually evaluate materials from a distance range of 12 inches to 6 feet and lift up to 35 pounds
Time on the manufacturing floor can vary, up to 100%, depending on the needs of the business. 
Previous experience with InfinityQS Statistical Process Control (SPC) software and Wrike (or related project management software) is preferred
Experience with JMP or similar statistical analysis software preferred
Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing techniques/principles and implementation is strongly preferred
Experience with an ISO9000 organization, manufacturing plastics and/or polyurethane is preferred
Experience with thermoforming, injection molding, and RF technologies are a plus
