DescriptionEvery successful team at Nike needs a brilliant game plan. The HR Operations and Integration team partners with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to shape & drive the company’s team and talent agenda by leading the “go to market” processes and spotlighting priorities to optimize delivery of key HR programs and processes. Embedded in teams across the company, HRBP Integration & Operations Directors serve as critical thought partners to our senior Human Resources leaders while developing action plans to galvanize our teams. With top talent and the DNA to catalyze action, the HRBP Integration & Operations team helps ensure our vision of excellence is realized with thoughtful planning and coordinated deliveryAs the Director of HR Integration and Operations supporting our Asia Pacific and Latin America (APLA) HR teams, you will be reporting to the Senior Director for HR Business Partner Integration & Operations (Brand) and will support the VP, HRBP for APLA. This director will be responsible for providing thought partnership to the leadership team in developing and executing near and long term human capital strategies while integrating and synchronizing the delivery of functional priorities for this rapidly growing business.  This position will be located at our WHQ in Beaverton, Oregon. As our HRBP Integration & Operations Director for APLA, you'll display your collaborative ability to lead through and influence others while working directly with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term business and talent initiatives.  You’ll independently lead projects supporting the operational needs of the VP, HRBP (APLA) in alignment with the HR strategic priorities while catalyzing action against these priorities.If you are an experienced Human Resources, Planning, and Operations professional that has a passion for sport and striving to be the best at all times, please read on! Accountabilities:Operations, Process & ToolsCreate consolidated view of all initiatives planned within a business unit that will impact HR / employees / managers (ex. local initiatives, global HR system changes, Finance or Legal initiatives etc.); utilize the data to prioritize, plan and balance timelines and resource impacts across the business.
Manage decision alignment and communication process between Sr. HRBPs and leadership
Lead successful implementation of company/business unit/divisional initiatives and/or HR processes; provide tools, advice, and information to support effective execution
Facilitate cross-COE collaboration in support of HR functional initiatives
Ensure COE initiatives are in alignment with and in support of the business unit strategic priorities
Analytics & ReportingManage Human Capital Initiative targets; provide regular target performance analysis to Sr. HRBPs and leadership
Data Accuracy & IntegrityDrives HRMS data accuracy; accountable of data integrity / accuracy; to include headcount management
Apply diagnosis skills and core metrics to guide COEs in the shaping of appropriate and innovative HR solutions
HR InitiativesLeads successful implementation of company/business unit/divisional initiatives and/or HR processes; provides tools, advice, and information to support effective execution
Facilitates cross-COE collaboration in support of the business unit/GEO/divisional COE initiatives
Assists HRBPs and COEs with decision-making on prioritization and trade-offs
Ensure COE initiatives are in alignment with and in support of the business unit/GEO/divisional strategic priorities; Partner with COEs and HR Direct to Influence Programs and Policies that are Relevant and Timely Based on the Needs of the Business; Obsess Moments of Truth for Employees
Manages COE QBR to maintain alignment and track progress against strategic priorities
TeamDirects team and sets direction for team and management goals that align with company goals
Coaches staff, creates opportunities for staff development, and makes decisions on hiring, performance management, recognition and rewards
Mentors / teaches those in the BP operations community
OtherAbility to establish business credibility and serve as a trusted advisor / consultant
Create forums of sharing best practices within the business unit
Solves unique and complex problems
Leads projects and/or project teams
Ensures appropriate content, audience, channel, timing and sequencing of COE communications related to initiatives and core HR processes (GTM function)
Shares best practice thinking and solutions for enterprise-wide adoption
Defines measures to achieve intended results 
QualificationsIn-depth Integration and Operations experience working with large global companies, preferably in Human Resources (8-10 years)
Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in a related field (additional years of experience in lieu of a degree)
Ability to manage multiple HR projects
Experience in lean problem solving (desired)
Extensive experience with HRMS systems, SAP preferred
Superior verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
A savvy, smart, flexible, efficient, fast-working, results-oriented creative leader with good intuition
Interpersonal skills - able to work within a heavily matrixed organization with people at all levels of the organization.
Solid presentation skills and public speaking
Experience working with global and remote groups
Sense of urgency and flexibility
