DescriptionAs the GLAM Color Standards Associate, you will be part of the Global Apparel Materials Color Standards Development Team that is partnering with Color Design and external vendors to execute their seasonal color palette. You will help support the Color Standard Development team as they create tools and processes to support color execution for Nike Apparel, Footwear and Equipment. You will ensure supreme data integrity within the Nike color systems through system entry and information validation. You will ensure on time delivery according to critical dates and gates. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with business teams involved in design, development and product integrity. Color should be your passion! QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Apparel/Textile design or a related field 
In lieu of a degree, high school diploma, and a minimum of 3 additional years’ work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills 
Ability to pass the Munsell Hue color test to determine visual color acuity 
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills 
Strong information seeking-skills and a drive to make things happen
Ability to build positive working relationships
Self-starter attitude and the ability to be a team player within a fast-paced team 
Strong computer skills and a proficiency with MS Excel and Adobe Illustrator Experience with InDesign or Photoshop is a plus 
Knowledge of apparel dyes and applications is a plus
