Simply put, without Nike Technology, there are no Nike products.The Order Execution Product teams need a strong Solution Director with experience working in a SAFe/Agile environment, who’s focus will be to build a strong partnership with our Capability Product Managers/Product Owners and Stakeholders to deliver the right solution with the highest quality and shortest lead time. In partnership with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, Product Owners, and other Technology Product Teams you will drive delivery of the Product/Solution vision and be responsible for partnering with our Business Partners on the strategy feature definition, and roadmap of a product while mentoring and developing a team of direct reports.Responsibilities•Build a strong and effective partnership with Capability Product Manager/Product Owner and Stakeholders•Collaborate with our Capability Product Manager to define and communicate Product Vision and Roadmap; ensure alignment to company strategies•Drive delivery of Product Vision and Roadmap•Understand current and future needs, help define features, determine success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate end user satisfaction•Ensure Product Team(s) have the full context and understanding of the capabilities we support and business environments to create valuable and sustainable solutions•Provide oversight of strategy, technical, and transition management aspects•Partner with Product Manager to assess the business impact of different solutions and the trade-offs between end user requests, technology requirements and costs•Collaborate with Release Management to determine the optimum release strategy and Product Managers/Product Owners to optimize Feature delivery to the end users•Collaborate with the Product Manager to analyze and communicate end user adoption, performance, time to market, quality and other metrics to stakeholders•Ensure Product priorities have necessary funding and review cost of accepted features•Understand how features are performing, the level of end user satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements•Manage, mentor, and inspire team; managing performance, goals and development potentialSkills•Expertise with both In-Season (e.g. Sourcing, Promising, Reservations, Supply Prioritization and Assignment, etc.) & Post-Season (e.g. Claims, Returns, etc.) discipline as well as end-to-end Order to Cash •Expertise with both Wholesale & Retail•Expert understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies and how they’re applied in workplace culture•In-depth knowledge of the relation between business process and the Products supporting these capabilities•Excellent collaboration and relationship management•Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally•Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management•Experience leading cross-functional work•Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively•Experience leading others in resolving complex issues•Advanced critical thinking and ability to creatively solve complex, unique problems with large business impact •Identify and resolve complex, technical operational and organizational problems•Strong in strategic thinking•Address current and future customer needs through innovative solutions•Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve both process and people related issuesQualifications•Minimum 8 years relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree•Experience working with SAP AFS and SAPR•Experience with Cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.) and Microservices•Prefer someone with SAP FMS and S/4 HANA•Prefer someone with SAP HANA Predictive Analysis Library (PAL) experience•Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, VersionOne preferred•Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc. •Previous management experience NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
