DescriptionAs a Program Manager for North America (NA) Retail Operations and Service Excellence Organization, you will impact Nike’s business strategy as it relates to Connected Marketplace CTM (also known as omnichannel). This role is responsible for the design, delivery, and deployment of Connect the Marketplace brick and mortar operations processes for Nike retail stores across the globe.


You will conduct assessments of current processes and develop new processes, store fixtures and consumer journey’s to support Nike’s global CTM strategy. Additionally, you will oversee the delivery of new omnichannel experiences by working across the organization with partners in finance, technology, supply chain, service development and store operations. You will guide project timelines, cultivate alignment on key deliverables, communicate with stakeholders and ensure the programs are delivered on time.


The findings and solutions you deliver will be implemented globally. You’ll work both with the core global retail teams and the in-market geography teams to deliver exceptional omnichannel experiences for Nike’s consumer across NA.


This position requires a candidate who has excellent written and verbal skills as well as the ability to evolve and adapt to quickly to changing needs. This role requires a passion for new technology, a sharp eye for quality and accuracy, and an attention to detail, with the ultimate goal of enhancing and evolving omnichannel features for our Nike Stores.
A successful candidate will be required to build and cultivate key relationships internally with multiple business partners, and work well in a cross-functional, and cross-category matrix organizational structure. 






Responsibilities:
·Facilitate multiple project teams to successful outcomes, balancing the work of internal teams with the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
·Maintain a comprehensive understanding of omnichannel success criteria and anticipate business impact. Leverage this understanding as work is prioritized to ensure delivery of the highest priority initiatives.
·Develop full program plans including milestones, deliverables, resourcing, dependencies, development, escalation, and communication.
·Define, implement, and communicate risk management plans with a mindset towards proactive problem-solving.
·Oversee budgets – including initial estimation, tracking of actuals, and understanding of deviations.
·Communicate a vision and clear line of sight into how the organizations work advances strategy.
·Effectively use storytelling to reinforce key messages and increase engagement and buy-in across teams.
·Develop partnerships across organizational, departmental, and geographical boundaries.
·Inspire others to achieve outcomes even when not in control.


Qualifications
Qualifications:
Required:
·Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
·In-depth experience implementing omnichannel retail processes
·5+ years of experience in program management, product management or technical leadership
·Disposition towards developing relationships, working cross-functionally, and leveraging partnerships to navigate complex organizational challenges


Preferred:
·3+ years of retail field/retail management experience and/or retail operations (HQ) environment
·Project management experience, developing and managing schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks and change requests
·An understanding of the basic technical architecture of software systems
·Master’s degree in related discipline
