Description•Leads End-to End technology planning and execution for Connected Products strategic initiative•Works closely with Connected Products business leader to shape the strategy and vision for the program•Stays current with industry trends and sets direction for applied use cases related to product sensors •Partners with technology functions (Architecture, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Data & Analytics, Platforms and other) to create technology roadmaps related to Connected Products strategy•Responsible for financial management of Connected Products technology portfolio•Directly and indirectly leads a team of program and technology leaders•Partners closely with Nike Digital Engineering teams to ensure end-2-end architecture and execution alignment for Connected Products•Leads development of program operating and execution model for technology teamsQualifications•A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. MBA preferred•15+ years’ experience leading and managing large-scale technology programs •10+ years hands on experience in delivering technology solutions/products•Proven track record in brining innovation to large enterprises•Extensive background in working with business and technology partners to develop strategy and vision for key business capabilities•Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals•Proven presentation and facilitation skills•Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others•Excellent written and oral communications skills•Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments•Experience working in a highly matrixed organization NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
