In addition, you'll get to work alongside truly talented teams and help them enhance their performance by promoting collaboration and innovation.Your Role on the TeamAs an Sr. Business Consultant, you will function as a leader in the Nike Tech Supply Planning team. Reporting to the Director of Supply Planning – Nike Tech, you will partner with internal and external experts to understand current variables and opportunities for leverage in the Demand and Supply engine parameters, develop artifacts and execute opportunities that enable new and unleveraged capacity in the DSM Supply Planning organization. You will help create and maintain strategies for incorporating demand through supply signals across our business simulation environment, report on weekly/monthly/quarterly results and shepherd the development and implementation of prioritized strategic initiatives across Supply Planning. In collaboration with members of the broader Supply Management team in the business, Center of Expertise and across technology, you will be involved with large enterprise global design solutions to help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and/or strategic problems and catalyze action against these priorities through strategic and long-range planning. This is a key role that will require you to demonstrate your strategic planning, thought leadership, team engagement, collaboration and influencing skills.You will partner with our Product & Solutions teams to understand requirements, assist in providing scope and size estimates, and help drive business simulation strategies through deployment. You will partner with technical leads and managers on the team to support analysts and engineers with technical consulting and direction, problem solving. You will work closely with Architects and leads to make sure all solutions adhere to existing guidelines and principals and assist in evolving our processes in an effort to continuously improve.The ideal candidate will have Supply Chain direct knowledge and experiences, SAP SCM Demand/Supply Planning module experience with emphasis on concepts, principles, practices, and associated technologies. This position requires excellent communication & teamwork skills and the ability to multitask, innovate, and challenge conventional thinking. QualificationsTo make it clear, we’re not looking for just anyone. We’re looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly meets these important qualifications:•Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred•Previous management consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm is highly preferred, expertise with Supply Chain with SAP experiences a plus•Minimum of 8-10 years' total experience (3 years' experience post MBA) in business operations, supply planning, business development, finance or related fields•Ability to understand and articulate business requirements, documentation, execute gap analysis, designs, application integration, development, and testing SAP APO systems. S/4 Hana knowledge and experiences a plus•Experience leading transformational change and design concepts within IT business operations context. •Demonstrated ability to influence critical business outcomes in a matrix based environment•Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models•Problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills•Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills with business and technical audiences•Ability to lead small teams or projects along with coordination of offshore team or other functional areas.•Ability to conduct performance monitoring, tuning, and analyze performance against benchmarks. •Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Lean/Agile delivery environment•Passion for building trust, coaching, teaching, mentoring and learning•Ability to multi-task and the flexibility to work on multiple projects at a given time.•Ability to pass a criminal background check NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
