DescriptionWill work as a liaison with business stakeholders concerning requirements in Beaverton, OR. Will lead meetings, requirements gathering sessions, backlog grooming, status, retrospective, and other interface points between business and technology teams. Will maintain a working knowledge of multiple projects simultaneously, working with delivery managers and project managers to support BSA’s working on distinct and related sets of deliverables, with different milestones and schedules. Will contribute professional and career guidance to team BSA’s, including training of new team members, ongoing skills coaching, mentoring on professional behavior, and providing detailed input and guidance on performance reviews. Will work directly with departmental peers, including development leads, architects, quality assurance leads, and project management and scrum masters to resolve project issues and to ensure success of the products. Will elicit, refine, clarify and prioritize business requirements. Will perform business analysis and requirements management. Will work with analysts and developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Will create clear and concise requirements documentation, including use cases, process flows, and wireframes. Will collaborate with data modelers and application developers to ensure that designs align with data models and application requirements. Will develop work plans and level-of-effort estimates. Will contribute to the testing process, including creating test cases, executing tests, and summarizing test results. Will communicate status and specific issues at each phase of the development lifecycle from initial discovery to product release. Will manage the new request and change request intake process. Will work with stakeholders to align on development priorities. Will build and maintain a backlog of stories and tasks. Will allocate work to resources based on availability and appropriateness to skill level and strengths of the developer. Will schedule and run team stand-ups and huddles. Will develop and maintain project schedules. Will work with Tableau, Cognos, TM1, Teradata, SAP BW, and SQL. Will work in an agile environment. Will lead data warehousing and business intelligence projects. Will work with DevOps teams. Will participate in quality assurance testing and hands-on testing as well as in the creation of automated tests. Will work with the production support team to manage issues from current user base. Will manage a financial budget. Will engage in ten percent or less domestic and international travel. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, business, or engineering. Experience: Five years of overall progressive experience in business and data analysis. Skills/Requirements: 5 year experience: (1) information delivery using Cognos and Teradata, (2) SQL, (3) data warehousing and business intelligence, (4) engaging in stakeholder management including analyzing, designing, and defining the product, and (5) creating business and functional requirements documents that define the data need, data mapping, and implementation strategy. 1 year of experience in the following: (6) project management in leading large scale application development using Scrum principles and practices, (7) leading technical projects, including budget management and work plan management, and (8) leading Scrum teams in capacity planning, back log grooming, and conducting product demonstrations.
