DescriptionNike’s DTC (Direct to Consumer) business - composed of Digital & Retail channels – is a fast growing powerhouse that is propelling Nike’s growth to the next level. We are inspired by the NIKE legends who built an empire rethinking product and service, and we seek to bring that level of innovation to our technologies.As a Senior Product Manager of Workflow, you will lead the creation of technical solutions that transform Nike’s DTC business. You will own and drive prioritization and roadmap for platform capabilities that connect data sources from a complex web of domain systems, and collaborate closely with the engineering team to create Workflow tooling that enables Nike to streamline its global DTC operations, shorten GTM (Go to Market) cycles and maximize season opportunities in a fast changing consumer market.Key traits we are looking for:Enjoy working with ambiguity with a proven track record of defining and propelling an emergent, growing product space

Be technically savvy – able to lead product directions on complex technical products with a good understanding of system architecture
Be a fast learner – able to continuously seek and absorb new information and technological advances in the relevant product space
QualificationsProduct strategy and vision: Create and evangelize strategy and vision for enterprise level Workflow capabilities that streamlines E2E DTC operations on a global scale
Feature prioritization and roadmap: Create and evangelize prioritization framework; define and socialize product roadmap with iterative value drops in an Agile environment
Roadmap execution: Collaborate closely with engineering counterparts to execute feature roadmap in a flawless, timely fashion with great attention to detail
Stakeholder management: Effectively communicate and partner with stakeholders to collectively drive improvements to Nike’s DTC Workflow capabilities
Leadership: Rally diverse, cross functional teams around product vision, and take teammates along in the journey to unleash full potential of Workflow capabilities and tooling
Raise the bar: Promote cross-team and cross-organizational knowledge sharing through multiple forums (e.g., user groups, tech talks, design reviews, internal blogs)
