DescriptionAs our Golf Inside Sales Representative, you'll establish Nike as the premier partner with territory specific retailers. You’ll accomplish this objective by providing consultative sales & services to an assigned account portfolio, driving revenue growth and maximizing profits for Nike and the retail customer. You'll develop strong working relationships with all internal and external customers and strive for increased representation of all Nike product lines. You’ll manage regional product presentations in key marketplaces. Drive an online based product assortment and service model. You'll also utilize knowledge of Nike Golf's entire product line, policies and sales programs; keep up-to-date on new product introductions; utilize SAP and Siebel systems to enter orders in all product categories; and stay current on all the needs, sales programs, discounts and dating of your designated accounts. This opportunity also involves servicing day-to-day customer needs in order to maximize profitability for both the account and Nike Golf. Ensures timely execution of order tracking, order input, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/RTS summaries and delivery information.  Develops seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans for assigned accounts using category, account, brand and marketplace knowledge.  You'll be responsible for developing Nike’s new digital first selling strategy to better utilize tools and services to better engage this account base. You'll act as a liaison to customers on relevant Nike initiatives, collaboratively develop capabilities, and enhance Nike & retail partner connection to the consumer. You'll also build and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional teammates. You’ll communicate account issues, future business opportunities and technologies, product issues, to sales management via sales meetings, conference calls, regular marketplace reports.
QualificationsBachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
• 2 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree • 2+ years directly relevant work experience such as: outside/inside sales or marketing, digital, customer service or SAP order management experience
• Experience driving an on-line based product assortment 
• Experience in sell in presentation preferred  
• Retail process experience is preferred 
• Digital retail experience is preferred
• Solid understanding of the golf business, including account segmentation, preferred   
• Experience with sales or marketing in the golf or sports and fitness industry is preferred 
 • Experience with phone scripting is preferred 
• Intermediate proficiency with MS PowerPoint software is preferred 
• Experience with account research using SAP is preferred 
• Thorough knowledge of Nike Golf's entire product line, policies and sales programs is strongly preferred
• Ability to travel 20%
