DescriptionAs our Sr. Talent Acquisition Technology Analyst within the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team, you'll partner with TA Leaders, End Users, and Technology Vendors to implement and sustain technology solutions. You'll be responsible for one or more Talent Acquisition Technologies for Applicant Tracking, Digital Interviewing, Background Checks, Candidate Sourcing and a variety of additional tools used to recruit talent. In this role, you will be a subject matter expert for TA Technology best practice and will help to develop and implement best in class technology solutions. As a key member in a growing team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring that Nike Talent Acquisition is strategically positioned to support the continued growth of the organization in an efficient, effective, and compliant manner. Duties in the role will include: •Building relationships with technology vendors •Analyzing potential solutions •Leading implementation projects oGathering Requirements oTranslating Requirements to Functional Specifications oManaging implementation activities oFacilitating testing and sign-off oAssisting with Training and Transition Management •Resolving system issues •System administration & configuration •Acting as a liaison with our IT partners •Maintaining documentation Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field •Master’s Degree Preferred •2 years additional professional experience in lieu of a degree •Demonstrated experience as a business analyst (or similar working experience) •SAP HR HCM functional knowledge is a plus •Talent Acquisition system administrator experience a plus oTaleo oAvature oHireVue oetc •Knowledge of recruitment/staffing is required •Experience with Global Cross Functional Teams preferred •Demonstrated experience in application support & configuration •Strong collaboration and communication skills •2+ years of Nike experience strongly preferred NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
