DescriptionAs the Lab Operator for the Nike Sport Research Lab, you will be integral in establishing and building relationships with athletes. The role will focus on executing athlete recruitment, engagement, communication, and testing. Fostering athlete relationships allows our team to efficiently interact with athletes and drive our business initiatives. This role will be relentlessly committed to impacting the overall athlete experience in the lab. The ability to prioritize among multiple tasks is key to success in this fast-paced role. You will work on a team that supports and fuels athlete research and product innovation. Working closely with our Footwear and Apparel Research partners, you will contribute to the recruiting and managing of our athlete database. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be one of the foundations on which you will base your work. Additionally, direct experience with athlete testing and the human body will be important components for this role. QualificationsPreferred:Experience navigating the Nike Matrix to achieve business results and partnerships
True passion, desire to drive athlete and product benefit through research
Ability to handle multiple time sensitive priorities and communicate clearly
Presentation/communication skills for representing the team externally
Required: Bachelor’s degree focused on human performance, athletic training, kinesiology, or related field. 
2+ years experience with athlete testing, developing and leveraging relationships
2+ years experience project management and organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including MS Office
Understanding of Nike products, and the sport and fitness industry.
