DescriptionAs part of our North America (NA) Direct Lease Administration team, you'll be responsible for assisting the Nike Direct Real Estate Team with the management of the entire NA real estate portfolio of leases for Nike, Inc. and its affiliates (Converse and Hurley). You'll coordinate and drive the central processing (via abstraction, translation, reconciliation, auditing, quality control and reporting) of critical lease information into the lease management system through internal and external resources. You'll act as a liaison between the NA legal department, business, finance, store construction, facilities, risk management and respective landlords/developers. You'll be responsible day to day tracking of the critical dates, document coordination, and approvals for the entire portfolio of 500+ leases.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Read, understand, and interpret complex retail and commercial real estate leases and related documents.
Financial analyst support of all lease renewals and portfolio analysis
Assist with the maintenance, management and processing of lease and store level information in our centralized NA lease database. 
Verify proper and accurate abstraction of critical dates, lease clauses, and financial obligations
Create and administer portfolio tracking reports.
Drive annual cost savings and/or recovery through comprehensive lease audits. Identify lease risks and opportunities. 
Provide support and expertise researching, resolving, and responding to day-to-day lease issues. 
Prepare lease assessments and recommendations to leadership to assist in real estate negotiations.
Collectively manage the rights, obligations and financial functions of our lease terms.
Managing correspondence with LL and third-party lease administration vendor.
Managing day-to-day critical date/dollar tracking.
Assisting in ad-hoc lease reporting and analysis.
Responding to non-standard requests from internal and/or external customers; investigating with assistance from others as needed.
Coordination of NA monthly deal approval meetings requiring powerpoint and some real estate finance understanding
QualificationsBachelor's degree, 2 additional years' experience in lieu of degree level.
3-5 years' experience as a lease administrator with experience in abstraction, lease audits, and critical date reporting. 
Proficiencies with lease management software (such as SLIM, Siterra, Virtual Premise and Tririga), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Understanding and/or familiarity with real estate finances
Experiences working as a part of a team in a complex, matrix organization.
Ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume work load and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Significant attention to details.
Problem solver by nature.
