DescriptionProvide integration solutions as part of the development and deployment of enterprise system application solutions. Will be responsible for designing, developing, leading, and deploying Teradata, cloud, and SAP solutions with integration using SCA and DP2SNP. Will lead and instruct senior engineers to ensure the software development works in a highly integrated environment. Will partner with a variety of teams to understand requirements, assist in providing scope and cost estimates, and drive engineering activities through continuous integration and continuous deployment. Will lead technical leads and managers to support other engineers with technical consulting and direction, problem solving, and writing and reviewing designs, technical specifications, and Teradata SQL and cloud based databases, including Snowflake, as part of the standard systems development life cycle process. Will ensure all software application solutions adhere to existing guidelines and principles and will assist in evolving current processes for continuous improvement. Will lead and establish best practices for large and small technical implementations. Will transform data using a variety of integration tools to make data understandable and reportable, such as Air Flow or HCI (Hana Cloud Integration). Will use REST API and REST Web Services to integrate data among cloud based applications. Will design and implement distributed data processing pipelines using Python, Air Flow, Spark, and BTEQ. Will use AWS Services, including EC2, S3, ELB, ASG, EBS, ECS, Lambda and others. Will engage in design, development, testing, and automation using a variety of scripting languages and tools, including Python, Java, JavaScript, Unix, shell scripting, and UFT. Will work with a variety of business intelligence tools, including Cognos TM1 and Tableau. Will lead and develop automated deployment processes using tools like Circle CI and Jenkins. Will use templates for AWS infrastructure as a code using Terraform to build sandbox, pre-prod and production environments. Will lead an engineering team in an Agile development methodology using the SAFe framework. Will travel domestically and internationally five percent or less.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. Experience: Eight years of software development experience. Skills/Requirements: 4 years of experience: (1) SAP supply chain management with attribute based planning, (2) SAP master data management, (3) SAP supply chain demand planning and supply planning with capability to match, (4) Teradata database design, development, and administration using BTEQ, Multi Load, Fast Load, Tpump, TSET, TASM and Index/Statistics Wizards, (5) integration tools, including Informatica, (6) integrating SAP to Teradata using SCA, (7) working with automated deployment and test frameworks using Unix and Python, and (8) web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
