DescriptionAs the Director, HR Business Partner in Global Sourcing and Manufacturing, you'll provide solutions and advocacy to employees, managers, and senior leaders. Our Global Sourcing & Manufacturing organization includes: Apparel, Footwear, Sourcing, Sustainability, COE and Manufacturing Revolution. In collaboration with the HR team you’ll help create and implement the Team and Talent strategies across multiple teams and functions. You'll execute and deliver key HR programs, practices and policies to the business, managers, and employees. You’ll coach managers on complex leadership and HR issues and facilitate org diagnostics to drive organizational effectiveness through talent, organizational capability, and culture. You’ll also serve as resource for employees through listening, providing guidance and directing inquiries to the appropriate specialists. Additional job accountabilities include:
Build organizational alignment and capability through development and/or facilitation of appropriate leader focused interventions; e.g., team effectiveness, goal development and alignment, manager capability, employee engagement, etc.
Develop strategic workforce plans that are aligned with business strategies and objectives 
Apply diagnosis skills and core metrics to guide and partner with the HR COEs in the shaping of appropriate and innovative HR solutions
Provides HR functional expertise, as well as general business expertise, to managers and teams
Drives HRMS data accuracy; accountable for data integrity/accuracy; to include headcount management
Lead select HR and business projects
Act as a strong team player on the broader HR GSM team including HRBP’s and HRM’s in Asia
Contribute at a high level in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Behavioral Sciences or related field or an additional 2 years' experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 10 years' experience across core consultative and administrative areas of HR including Organizational Capability and Planning, Talent Management & Development, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation and Total Rewards and Infrastructure
Advanced degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or Legal is preferred
Experience working in a global environment across multiple teams and functions 
Business Acumen. Ability to establish business credibility; trusted advisor/consultant
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable in a variety of settings and speaking to all levels of employees from front line to Vice Presidents
Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy
Ability to develop and deliver relevant, effective workshops to targeted audiences
