DescriptionAs our Marketplace Operations Analyst, you will collaborate across the NA MPO, DSM, Finance, and Supply Chain to holistically drive order management excellence and seasonal flow optimization. Responsible for end to end performance and execution with a keen focus on order book health. Accountable for resolving complex customer issues by identifying business improvements and shipping & delivery performance to optimize full price revenue In-Season. Proactively engage with internal and external business partners across the Supply Chain to ensure successful order management execution.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESUnderstand, analyze, and seen as an expert in account management processes. Deliver information based on system/data analysis (expert in business complexities and expectations of key stakeholders)
In depth understanding of current processes and systems that impact the life cycle of an order across the Supply Chain
Own delivery precision and shipments to goal tracking by product engine, category, and/or key initiatives
Work cross functionally with internal and external business partners to execute deliverables on time in full, capturing & chasing product ensuring a full assortment going into door
Support account plans and execute/manage these plans accordingly (monitor and manage the order book to optimize flow by reviewing audit reports and conducting booking reconciliation)
Seen as a leader among peers, SME in OM processes and well-versed in product knowledge
Ability to professionally communicate (verbal/written) to a wide range of audiences across multiple levels of the organization
Lead/drive and influence problem solving activities (data gathering, root cause analysis and potential solutions)
Collaborate and lead Specialists on OM execution (managing launch and initiative actions and deliverables)
QualificationsAdvanced Excel, Cognos, Sharepoint
MS Office (Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint)
SAP
Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
3-5 years of directly related work experience with an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree
