DescriptionAs our Supply Chain Business Analyst, you are a key enabler of APEQ operational excellence. You'll focus on improving global operations and supply chain consistency, standardization, effectiveness and efficiency; and recommend practices and procedures that result in measurable, scaleable improvement. You will create visibility on key performance indicators; executing all necessary steps needed to produce the necessary reports and dashboards; ensure Data integrity (validate information), timeliness of reports (committing to deadlines), clarity & presentation of reports, accessibility & user friendliness. You'll work with the business to improve reporting and tool solutions and proactively share knowledge through training and documentation. You'll deep dive on performance gaps issues by investigating root-causes when approached by the business. You'll apply technical knowledge of systems & business processes to help develop optimal solutions in any problem solving activities. . You'll create and maintain collaborative partnerships with each of our global functional leads as appropriate (may include: demand planning, supply planning, product, merchandizing, finance, sales, supply chain functions and customer service) to enable you to measure performance, resolve issues, define requirements and business specifications for enhanced processes and systems, and support decision-making-processes with fact based analyses. In addition, you'll be an integral player in targeting and managing operational metrics (i.e. profitability, productivity, sustainability and workload) expectations for our product teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or Computer Science
Minimum of 5 years' demonstrated experience in production, warehouse, logistics operations and/or data management systems
Minimum of 5 years' experience in business, supply chain, logistics, data analysis and/or production analysis
Strong working knowledge of computer systems and software
Proficient in Microsoft Access
The ability to configure and administer database programming is essential
Flexible team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Ability to work with deadlines/timelines
Understanding of the apparel / footwear industry and production processes is preferred
Experience in project management
Ability to develop strong working relationships with Nike and industry personnel
Proven track record working within a multi-team environment including cross team calibration
Ability to communicate and partner effectively using strong verbal and written communication in English
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Acess and Outlook, with the ability to build tools within systems
Knowledge of COGNOS or other reporting tools
