DescriptionNike’s Corporate Audit & Risk Management team (CA+RM) is a growing group of risk professionals responsible for building and deepening a comprehensive view of Nike’s global risk environment. The Innovation and Operations (I&O) team is foundational to CA+RM’s mission to deliver innovative audit and risk advisory services to the company through objective assurance, advice, and insight. Position Description: The Project and Portfolio Management role is a key member of the I&O team within CA+RM. The Innovation & Operations (I&O) team drives an ongoing Innovation imperative, exploring new ideas for improving practices and delivering solutions that enhance team productivity and results. In this position, you’ll lead projects and support all aspects of CA+RM’s ongoing pursuit to optimize and innovate our professional practices in alignment with our strategic objectives, our Board-approved Charter, and coordinate the priority and successful implementation of initiatives across the three pillars of our function. This position will work closely with the Assurance, Fraud Risk Management, and Strategic Enterprise Risk Management teams to plan, track and deliver a portfolio of projects, and manage a continuous improvement program to sustain and innovate the efficiency and effectiveness of the department’s work.We are looking for a business professional who is experienced with project management, bringing knowledge and proven success in applying the techniques of planning, directing and executing projects using Lean and change management methodologies. This person will also have demonstrated experience in leading change management, and having an ability to identify an improvement scope in the Define phase of evaluating competing opportunities. Key Responsibilities:Drive CA+RM’s innovation portfolio through the maintenance and prioritization of projects, generating an intake of ideas for process improvements and technology solutions that enhance team productivity and effectiveness
Recognize the possible improvement actions to improve team performance, and ensure quality and consistency of team execution against targeted project initiatives
Provide planning and accountability for effective project management, and timely delivery of objectives and to implement desired change
Track, measure, and deliver intended results and enable the team to transition 
Provide operational support for assurance, fraud and risk management teams, including measuring and reporting progress against departmental priorities and the CA+RM “Plan”, planning and scheduling team resources, and supporting ongoing risk assessment processes

Navigate comfortably with core audit and risk systems, and the utilization of various software applications and presentation tools
Benchmark and research topics of relevance for best practices and innovation
Able to perform hypothesis testing and data analysis 
Experiences Desired:Project management experience, working alongside business project teams 
Experience in applying automation and other enhancements to existing processes
Experiences developing and maintaining “Playbooks” of process and workflow standardization 
Familiarity or experience with the function and practices of an Audit or Risk Management team
Experience training and onboarding others, and developing training materials
Proficiency with analytical software (ACL, Alteryx) and Visualization tools (Tableau)
Experience with SAP ERP system
Experience managing external vendor relationships and contractual engagements
Experience coordinating and running team meetings and presentations
Requirements for this position include:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Minimum five years of relevant Corporate business experience 
Proficiency with Project Management tools, and comfort with the use of technology
PMP, Lean Six Sigma or other relevant professional certifications preferred
