The complex process involves more than 50 distribution centers, a network of thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores around the world. Supply Chain professionals constantly push for ways to make Nike’s supply chain faster, more efficient and more responsive to Nike’s always-changing consumer needs.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Drive completion of monthly close and forecast processes through communication with supply chain partners, review of financial results, and communication with finance leadership.
Develop and communicate the monthly allocation of supply chain costs to category and product engine P&L owners.
Lead the strategic planning and budgeting process for North America Supply Chain. 
Part of the team that will develop long term strategic network plans, quantify costs and benefits, and get corporate approval for the investment.
Perform analysis that aids in the supply chain decision making process, identifies trends, risks and opportunities in the portfolio, and create action plans to mitigate risk and leverage opportunities.
Actively interpret and reviewing financial results with supply chain partners and Finance to drive actionable responses and alignment.
Facilitate discussions on complex topics to drive clarity and understanding among a diverse set of stakeholders.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a closely related field.
6 years' experience in accounting or financial analysis, or an advanced degree and 4 years' experience. MBA in Finance, Economics or a related field is a plus.
Supply Chain experience a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential.
Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and anticipate the needs of a changing landscape.
Strong ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience working for a Fortune 500 / multinational consumer products company is a plus.
Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of SAP including R3 and BW preferred.
