Nike Supply Chain experts ensure that every year 900 million pieces of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right destination on time. That’s no easy task. The complex process involves more than 50 distribution centers, a network of thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores around the world. Supply Chain professionals from Laakdal, Belgium, to São Paulo, Brazil, make it happen. They constantly push for ways to make Nike’s supply chain faster, more efficient and more responsive to Nike’s always-changing consumer needs.

Scope and Responsibilities:
As the NA Customs Analyst your role on the team will include:
 Collect and analyze monthly reviews to determine root cause and corrective actions for special trade program exceptions, report results to import team.
Review monthly duty savings metrics and report on trending.
Perform factory revalidation audits.
Perform annual factory payment reviews.
Support new trade automation platforms.
Other project coordination and support as needed (e.g. annual ISA preparation and filing, partnership with Legal, etc.).
Communicate daily with appropriate parties, including foreign factories to obtain information necessary for Customs programs.
Monitor regulatory changes and help with revising compliance policies and practices in accordance with changing legal framework and business models.
Help develop and maintain written operating procedures for internal compliance programs and nominated U.S. Customs brokers.
Maintain written procedures including, but not limited to, operations and auditing SOP’s.
QualificationsBachelor's degree, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated experience handling multiple projects with competing priorities and meeting time sensitive deadlines.
Self-starter, eager to learn, result-oriented and creative strategic thinker.
Cooperative and willing to assist others, proven team player.
Passion for international trade and supply chain.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheet analysis, SharePoint, web-based and job specific applications.
Strong attention to details and proficient recordkeeping and database maintenance skills.
Import transaction audits and post-entry amendment execution preferred.
Understanding of global supply chain logistics practices preferred.
Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations 19CFR and HTSUS Classification preferred.
