The Nike, Inc. Communications team develops, establishes and strengthens authentic connections with diverse audiences through the lens of innovation and sport. DescriptionJoin Nike’s Global Narrative and Publishing team, a strategic function within the Global Communications team that drives the company narrative and publishes Nike News, the web platform that serves as the official source for Nike, Inc. stories.The role is both strategic, giving a wide view on the company to help define priority storylines, and creative, requiring bold language through script writing for executive speaking opportunities around the world. Additional Responsibilities include:Develop messaging for Nike leadership to reach 70,000+ employees, external stakeholders and millions of consumers.
Collaborate with Global and Geography communications teams to develop themes and story arcs that will guide Nike’s strategy and maintain continuity of messaging.
Partner with Internal Communications, Investor Relations, Government Affairs, Corporate Responsibility, HR, etc. to drive the corporate narrative through multiple channels
Bring a passion for sport, innovation and the consumer
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, English, Communications or related discipline 
5+ years of related experience 
Highly advanced application of writing skills
Experience in copy writing linked to business/branding strategy
High profile speech writing
Skilled at collaborating across teams, editing with multiple partners and self-motivated to seek out information
Connecting language to visual presentations
Keynote and design skills
