DescriptionNIKE Retail Platform team focuses on building scalable and secure platforms on cloud to enable next generation experience to come to life for consumer at NIKE Stores. We focus on providing athletes and consumers with a seamless cross channel experience. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team who’s focused on creating the future of Retail. We are looking for someone who understands processes in retail stores and can define vision and drive delivery for a scalable and secure technology platform that supports retail operation needs. Responsibilities
Define and communicate Product Vision and Roadmap
Drive prioritization based on Insights and Data Analytics
Manage Stakeholder Relationship
Advanced understanding on Product Management discipline
Possess keen business insight, quantify business value and perform ROI analysis
Provide oversight of technical strategy
Assess business impact of different solutions
Analyze and communicate platform adoption, performance, time to market, quality and other metrics to stakeholders
Build a strong and effective partnership with experience and other platform teams
Manage agile squads and backlog for successful delivery
Qualifications7+ years of experience in Product Management / Technology roles
2+ years of experience in Retail Operations
Demonstrated ability to influence critical business outcomes in a matrix based, global environment
Experience in managing teams working on cloud-based architecture preferred Experience with delivery methodologies – Scrum, SAFe, etc. preferred
Strong leadership skills Strong problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
