DescriptionAs we look at the future of design and innovation, new ways of leveraging Nike technology and processes will be integral to the future maker. We are seeking a Sr. Technical Product Owner with proven experience working complex data and analytics software products, applications and platforms to help us accelerate this vision.As our Sr. Technical Product Owner, you'll play a key role in the research and development of data technology, applications, platforms and processes that will serve to drive Nike’s Enterprise Data and Analytics innovations strategies forward. The Sr. Technical Product Owner works with Enterprise Data Domain teams, platform and architect teams, executive sponsors, and key internal and external partners to drive our data and analytics strategic initiatives and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience and a solid understanding of cloud technologies and applications, business analytics and emerging trends, as well as an established track record in defining and delivering technology solutions.Qualifications•6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise leveraging Business Analysis, Data Science, Analytics Platforms, or similar to build practical, data-driven programs and platforms to support Nike Enterprise Data and Analytics strategic initiatives and journeys•+ 5 years software product management experience•Proven experience with complex technical products / projects•Proven ability to document requirements and manage multiple products and projects simultaneously•Demonstrated ability to dive deep to understand business users and product technology and related landscape•Ability to think and act creatively, methodically and strategically•Drive the overall business and systems analysis with programs or releases as assigned, working with other agile team members while also contributing individually to achieve results•Superior verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with core team, extended stakeholders and executive leadership•Must be organized, flexible & able to act independently, with ability to switch rapidly between different projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment•Is forward thinking and passionate about delivering a premium and innovative solution•Create key artifacts including use cases, user stories, functional specifications, security role matrices, user acceptance criteria, and configuration specifications•Develop a work plan and execute against the plan to meet all commitments•Identify impacts to business process and enterprise systems through impact analysis of new requirements and solution designs•Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Managers to implement the agreed upon vision & help drive the future roadmaps.
