Working with our organization will be rewarding, challenging, and most definitely not be just another job.Scope and Responsibilities:The Director, Operational Transformation is part of the Tech Ops Leadership team, focused on improving and aligning our global and North America operating model, service delivery, incident response, problem management, metrics and measurement, automation, DevOps, release management, and production readiness and support in a highly complex and fast paced 24x7 environment.The area of responsibility for this role requires thorough knowledge and previous experience leading and influencing teams in global operating and product models, as well as an industry background in digital and retail production environments.You'll have the opportunity to work alongside Geography teams, business and technology stakeholders, digital technology, and retail business groups to enable informed decision making across the organization.QualificationsTo make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrates these skills:•Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment•IT Development and Operations background•Lean, Agile, DevOps experience•Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to challenge the status quo•Technical/Data driven and able to manage multiple stakeholders•Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field; 5 years’ additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree•10+ years directly relevant work experience NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
