DescriptionAt Nike, we evolve immediately.  If you are savvy and energetic with a passion for cross-functional break-through initiatives and driving change in the organization, we want to hear from you today.  Join our high-caliber North America Supply Chain Innovation team and impact high-visibility projects.  As the North America Supply Chain Innovation & Sustainability Manager, you will partner with teams across North America supply chain to drive our innovation and sustainability agenda.  You will work with individuals from Logistics, Transportation, Direct-to-Consumer, and Sales as well as the Sustainable Business & Innovation team and other global partners.  You’ll play a key role in driving and supporting innovative pilots and initiatives that challenge the way we do things.  This could include crafting business cases and implementing new tools and processes, collection and reporting of KPIs, and connecting with internal and external experts to share best practices and insights.
We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, impact-driven, and passionate about his/her work. You must be a flexible thinker, an excellent analyst, and an outstanding communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing different personalities and perspectives. Your success will depend on your ability to quickly form both professional and personal relationships with colleagues and then to drive towards well-communicated deliverables.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or related field. MBA or relevant Masters degree preferred.
Demonstrated passion for corporate sustainability, social/environmental impact, and innovation
Minimum 5 years of experience in progressively responsible, relevant Program Management and/or Project Management roles
Experience in supply chain operations, logistics, corporate sustainability, or organizational innovation
Extensive Project Management experience managing multiple project streams of various complexity
Experience, interest, and adaptability to working in Lean/Agile delivery environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills, good judgment in managing interactions with individuals at all levels in the organization
Strong presentation and influencing skills, and the ability to interact with senior management
Proven experience building positive working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams, including demonstrated success in managing without direct authority. Consulting and project management experience preferred.
High level of personal responsibility with strong sense of ownership, strong task management capabilities, proactive nature, and high tolerance for ambiguity
Proficient in MS Suite (Power Point, Excel, etc)
