DescriptionDescription As a Senior Product Manager, Platform, you will design, deliver, and support Platform APIs, integrations, and applications, which meet or exceed end-user needs for asset and data management, as well as align to technical and architectural best practices. You will partner with stakeholders to understand their use cases and requirements for asset and data management, and then collaborate with engineering teams to deliver services, workflows, and applications that satisfy those requirements in flexible and scalable ways.
This role requires a technical understanding of web applications, business-to-business integrations, strategic thinking, and excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate has strong experience with designing reusable technical solutions for varied customers at a rapid pace.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design, deliver, and support Platform APIs, integrations, and applications that support Product Creation with digital technologies
Define, document, and prioritize technical Epics, Feature and Stories
Create key artifacts including use cases, user stories, functional specifications, security role matrices, user acceptance criteria, and configuration specifications
Identify and manage impacts to existing business processes and enterprise systems through impact analysis of new requirements and solution designs
Elicit functional and non-functional requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical)
Maintain application, API, and integration roadmaps to communicate product vision and delivery to stakeholders
Advocate for API and integration best practices across multiple products, balancing customer-specific requirements while maximizing technical reusability and minimizing complexity
Proactively identify work, communicate, and resolve project issues and risks that interfere with project execution or success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, communicating at the appropriate level of detail depending on the audience
Contribute to stakeholder communication of key information, decisions, status, and timelines
QualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in either Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years software product management or systems analysis experience
Experience delivering custom software products with Agile methodology
Experience with enterprise Product Creation processes and systems preferred
Experience with managing APIs and integrations as products preferred
Proven experience as software Product Manager, including:
Identify business opportunities and design technical solution options
Define, design, and roadmap products and features
Deliver, support, and evaluation adoption of new products and features
Strong relationships with business, engineering, and architecture partners
Excellent written, presentation, communication and listening skills
Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think and act creatively
Ability to translate high-level strategy into detailed and iterative execution
Ability to harmonize and focus multiple stakeholders towards a common goal
Must be self-directed, organized, and flexible, able to switch rapidly between different priorities in a fast-paced environment 
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, analytical, and listening skills, with ability to communicate effectively with core team, extended stakeholders, and executive leadership
