The candidate should feel comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously. Experience in Quality metrics, processes, analytics and strong business acumen is critical to a candidate’s success in this role. Superb teamwork and strong communication skills are also essential.As the Quality/Product Integrity - Business Insights Delivery Manager you will be working with cross-functional partners, leadership team across GSM, Product Integrity Teams, Product Creation, Categories and others to provide actionable insights in pursuit of annual goals, aggressive quarterly business targets and ad-hoc insights to optimize operational challenges. You’ll leverage reporting tools and raw data to provide value-added analysis for the functional leaders and teams to drive the business. You’ll be a thought leader in partnering and shaping the analytical capabilities in tracking, managing & optimizing critical Quality Metrics. You’ll play a critical liaison role between GSM Data & Analytics team and FW & AP Product Integrity Teams.Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.•Experience in delivering insights to senior executives and functional leaders for the key performance indicators and drivers.•Experience working in a matrix organization and multiple capability teams within GSM, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Creation, Technology and others.•Proven experience building positive working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams, including demonstrated success in managing without direct authority. Consulting and project management experience preferred.•Experience working with Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data Visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, etc.•Passion for business reporting, analysis, and working with large amounts of data with demonstrated ability to use data to influence decision making.•A high skill level in communication in all forms, ensure proper team documentation and to coordinate a team's outward communication, including an ability to craft business reviews.•Understanding of principles and techniques of manufacturing analytics and an understanding of the KPIs that drive a manufacturing business.•Strong task management capabilities to manage multiple tracks of work and requirements.•Experience in analyzing data, extracting and delivering insights to the business partner to influence both strategic and performance goals.
