DescriptionAs our Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with our Product Teams to translate strategic margin targets into seasonal margin plans while ensuring alignment with category leadership. 
You'll proactively identify the revenue and margin implications of category business decisions and articulate solutions that meet the needs of business partners. 
You'll track and evaluate margin attainment each season and work with the category team on scenario plans to improve margins. 
You will provide ad hoc margin analysis to the team and be a strategic business partner to help determine price, cost and demand for strategic initiatives and product innovation.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a closely related field
Track record of high-performance ratings
Strong written and verbal communication/influencing skills
Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and to run financial models
Proven experience in effectively supporting and working with senior leadership
Experience leading projects and people
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to pass a 7 year background check
3-5 years' experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting and/or budgeting preferred
MBA in Finance, Economics or a related field is a plus
Experience working for a Fortune 500/multinational consumer products company or national public accounting firm is a plus
Knowledge of apparel sourcing, processes, and events from product concept to delivery is a plus
