DescriptionIf you're right for this role, you're a data enthusiast with plenty of hands-on development experience and a comprehensive understanding of data architecture.  In your daily work, you actively seek the most effective path forward, and are insistent on progress.  You are equally comfortable working in a relational data store and a “big data” cloud eco-system.  

As a Sr. Data Visualization Developer,on the DSM Analytics team, you will build data visualizations and executive level dashboards to be leveraged by business analysts and leadership to gain insights on supply chain planning successes and opportunities.  You will evolve the existing landscape of reporting and propel critical information needs through robust business and data comprehension and cross-functional partnership across product and functional teams.  With this diverse role, areas of potential focus range from;
Business facing presentations to engage enterprise solutions.
Developing new leadership level dashboards.
Daily engagement and utilization of leadership dashboards.
Advance landscape of existing reporting to new reporting tools.
Building and managing the distribution of push reporting. 
Working with engineers to communicate the data architecture required for dashboard design and backend data development.
Creating self-service and adhoc data products for users of all levels.  
This role will be vital in shaping the landscape by which DSM Analytics interacts with and leverages data, as each release broadens available data sets and expands analytics self-serve capabilities.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other relevant areas
Minimum of 5 years professional experience required
Advanced Tableau skills
Highly professional data visualization techniques and presentations of findings
Experience with large data sets, data models, and intermediate SQL skills
Strong presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to think critically and seamlessly collaborate with engineering partners
Experience with supply chain planning preferred
Experience with Metric Insights preferred
