DescriptionNike’s Global Controlling Operations (GCO) organization provides transactional support via a shared delivery model to stakeholders throughout the world. Our mission is to exceed the efficiency and accuracy expectations of our internal clients by leveraging our process execution and innovative technology expertise.
Innovative technology has led the GCO to deploy an in-house Robotics Process Automation Center of Excellence (RPA CoE). The RPA CoE is tasked with identifying automation opportunities throughout the broader Nike enterprise and implementing automation to drive efficiencies and increase scale in the organization. As we build out the CoE, we are looking for an experienced professional to own the production support functionality within the team.  Critical to our success, this capability will enable us to deliver against key elements of our priorities.
The Production Support Analyst will be multi-talented, specifically providing critical support in:
Driving effective and timely resolution of production issues through management of the end-to-end production support process
Coordinating with globally distributed production support teams and improving the production support model as needed
Troubleshooting production bot failures and engaging with technology teams for solutions as needed
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing production support operations and troubleshooting complex issues while retaining a customer support mindset. We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who can be a part of furthering a critical capability for a Fortune 500 multinational company.
QualificationsMinimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within technology as a production support analyst.
SAP experience and Automation Anywhere experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate complex functionality/requirements, issues, and risks with stakeholders and leadership team.
Proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with large technology back office functions, persistently driving teams to arrive at sustainable resolutions that make the most sense for the business.
Robotics Process Automation (RPA) experience (strategy, deployment, and maintenance).
Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and analysis necessary to support largescale IT systems.
Some exposure to a coding language to be able to easily identify and fix code related issues
Basic exposure to windows maintenance/virtual desktop infrastructure/system performance testing, and ability to ask the right questions from technology teams.
Passion for and experience in technology and process improvement.
MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
Customer service and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
Consistent attention to detail and ownership of ensuring the successful execution of bots.
