Description
Nike’s Global Controlling Operations (GCO) organization provides transactional support via a shared delivery model to stakeholders throughout the world. Our mission is to exceed the efficiency and accuracy expectations of our internal clients by leveraging our process execution and innovative technology expertise.
Innovative technology has led the GCO to deploy an in-house Robotics Process Automation Center of Excellence (RPA CoE). The RPA CoE is tasked with identifying automation opportunities throughout the broader Nike enterprise and implementing automation to drive efficiencies and increase scale in the organization. As we build out the CoE, we are looking for an experienced professional to own the bot design functionality within the team. Critical to our success, this capability will enable us to deliver against key elements of our priorities.
The Process Design Analyst will be multi-talented, specifically providing critical support in:
Interacting with stakeholders across Nike to capture their processes and identify if automation is the right opportunity for their scope of work
Creating sustainable designs for the development of bots
Guiding the development team on best approaches and substantiating requirements from process owners
Testing and facilitating User Acceptance Testing with the business owner
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing process and/or functional documents and collaborating effectively with both technical and business teams. We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who can be a part of furthering a critical capability for a Fortune 500 multinational company.
QualificationsMinimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably within technology as a business analyst and/or within finance as a process analyst.
SAP experience and Automation Anywhere experience a plus.
Strong aptitude to understand multi-layered requirements and innovate simple solutions to complex problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate complex functionality/requirements, issues, and risks with stakeholders and leadership team.
Proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with large technology back office functions.
Robotics Process Automation (RPA) experience (strategy, deployment, and maintenance).
Proven skills in troubleshooting and analysis necessary to support largescale IT systems.
Basic exposure to programming/windows maintenance/virtual desktop infrastructure/system performance testing, and ability to ask the right questions from technology teams.
Passion for and experience in technology and process improvement.
MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
Customer service and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
Consistent attention to detail.
Process excellence and continuous improvement experience preferred.
