Working with our organization will be rewarding, challenging, and most definitely not be just another job.As a Senior Product Analyst for the Nike Technology Trade Applications team, you will participate in the technology and process transformation to shift Nike trade commerce to the next generation SaaS and cloud application platforms. Primary responsibilities include:Be a Product advocate; can describe the Product, its value, how it works, how it is adopted, speak to upcoming changes and tailor the information to the audience; Understand the Product Roadmap and use knowledge of future features to improve current stories and tests; Work directly with customers and team members to capture details of Feature requirements, understand use cases, collect samples, and find tests; apply knowledge of Product and business drivers to enhance work; Write and refine stories for clarity, business value, and acceptance criteria with guidance from Product Management; Work with Team to translate any internal "Enablers" into value driven stories; Assess, provide input and potential improvements to Product Owner on impact to business partners' current processes and their current use of the Product; Work with product owner to manage capability backlog and feature prioritization; Conduct feature mapping, gap analysis, data flow to help assess business implications of feature, tool, or platform; Perform configuration tasks in support of customer requirements; Participate in the definition of test scenarios and the execution of them; Assist in customer adoption through personal interaction and written documentation; Identify, escalate and remove roadblocks, triage defects, and provide clarity from customers on issues where appropriate; Conduct analysis to determine how features are performing, level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements; Highlight risks, escalate impacts and assist in analyzing possible solutions for complex issues; Conduct Product demos.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area; 5-years additional, relevant, professional experience accepted in lieu of degree 6+ years BSA or Product Analyst experience in software developmentExperience working on initiatives in a highly collaborative, multi-discipline development team environmentAbility to translate business requirements to technology solutions Solid background working in Agile software development environment as a BSA/Product Analyst, product owner, and/or scrum masterExperience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, VersionOne preferredExperience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc. Experience partnering with Java development teamsPractice working with and deployment of SaaS applications – Amber Road Trade Automation experience is a big plusUnderstanding of AWS technologies and terminologyFamiliarity with Web Service concepts (SOAP, REST, JAX-RS, JAX-WS, XML)Experience working in Supply Chain functional area with experience in Trade and Customs area highly desirable NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
