DescriptionAs the Product Manager for Manufacturing on the GSM Technology team, you'll be part of a strategic and executional team focused on delivering the vision, strategy and roadmap of multiple Manufacturing technology products in the Product Engine solutions eco-system, ensuring this vision satisfies the key strategic priorities and enablers for Global Sourcing and Manufacturing and the larger Nike Inc. organization. The Product Manager will work closely and in an agile mannger with Business leadership, process teams, SMEs, peer Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters to build the product roadmap, backlog and implementation schedule. What We're Looking ForTo make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who has these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:•Expert understanding of best-at software solutions including 2D/3D CAD, Engineering, PLM, ERP, MES and Analytics with the ability to quickly learn the Nike Technology ecosystem•Strong understanding of business and operational processes related to Apparel/Footwear/Hard goods/High-tech Product Development, Sourcing, Engineering and/or Manufacturing.•Proven track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities.•Excellent presentation, facilitation, conflict-resolution, influencing and communications skills both written and oral in front of both business and technology leadership.•Experience and successes in working in a highly matrixed and collaborative team-oriented environmentQualifications•Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of hands on professional experience in Information Systems, Engineering or another relevant technology/business field•Proven track record in building, developing and executing upon Product strategy and vision in partnership with Technical and Business partners.•Ability to develop and manages financial models necessary to define and rationalize platform investments as aligned to critical business capabilities/drivers.•Strong understanding of Agile development frameworks, specifically SAFe, Scrum and Kanban NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
